How to Schedule an Initial Appointment

To schedule an initial appointment, please either call or text me at 513-960-6526 with your name and email address and I will respond with some open days and times for an initial appointment.

Once we decide on a day and time for your initial appointment, I will send you a calendar invite for the appointment through my secure online email. I will also send you the new patient forms to fill out and an invitation to use Spruce, a secure communication app.
